One thing - (speaking from experience) spend the $ on a set of custom molds for those Shure IEM's. That will actually be a better benefit (better fit, better isolation, etc) than spending the $ on a higher end set. The nice part about most of the current Shure IEM designs (SE215- SE535) is that they all use the same outer shell/body, so a set of sleeves for the 215's would fit the 535's as well.

Mine ran $150 (plain clear - no fancy colors), not including the cost of having the impressions made by a professional audiologist (mine charged about $100, but also guaranteed proper fit).
