Has been way to quiet.

So what batter reso combinations are running on those kits and snares?

Kick: Aquarian SK2 (always!).

Toms: Remo Black Suede Emperor batter with Clear Ambassadors on the bottom.

Snares: Usually Remo Black Suede Emperor, but the D-420 on the Classix kit has a Remo Fiberskyn 3 batter on it.

The F3K's have a little more "bite" and the Classix have a little more low-end growl... at least on my setups.

Nice kits J-44. I'll bet they sound great.

Couple of updates on the F3K kit: Picked up a Paiste RUDE Thin Crash and some bass drum logos for the kiddo's 13th birthday. It's official: My 13 year old has a better cymbal setup than me.

Cheers-
